The Weather or Not, Under the Weather and  Ice Is NOT Nice ground training workshop are accepted as an industry-conducted recurrent training seminar under the FAA's Pilot Proficiency Awards Program (also known as the Wings Program).  See Advisory Circular (AC) 61-91H paragraph h(1). 

Airmen wishing to substitute successful completion of the above mentioned workshops for a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Safety Seminar must attach a Ground Training Completion Certificate provided by Chesapeake Aviation Training, Inc. to their Pilot Proficiency Award Application at the time of submission.  This training certificate will be issued at the conclusion of the workshop.  The Safety Program Acceptance Numbers are as follow:

Please note that this workshop only fulfills the ground training requirement outlined in AC 61-91H paragraph h(1).  You will still need to complete the other flight training requirements outlined in this Advisory Circular.
