Chesapeake Aviation Training Return Policy Chesapeake Aviation Training is committed to providing a great product at the very best value. As a result, our product prices are the best available on the web. If you are unhappy with any products purchased through the Chesapeake Aviation Training website or aviation shows, you can return the product to us within 30 days from the date the product was shipped (there will be no exceptions to this policy) for a refund less restocking fee (see below). If you have a hardware or software problem, please contact the manufacturer before returning. Most problems can be easily resolved by checking with the experts that built the product. If the product is defective, you need to consult the manufacturer's warranty and send the unit in for repair or replacement. Units cannot be returned to Chesapeake Aviation Training for repair. Chesapeake Aviation Training does not offer any other explicit or implied warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty. Return instructions: To return any product, please send an email to contact@chesavtraining.com and include your reason for the return. We will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number via a return email. You can also call (443) 745-8400 for the RMA. Please include this number on the outside of the package. When the product is received in its original condition, you will be issued a credit card refund or check. Conditions: The product must be returned in the original packaging and in new condition. All instructions, disks, wires, batteries and components must be included. Failure to include a complete package will result in a delay of your refund. The product must be returned within 15 days of receiving the RMA number. Shipping charges will never be refunded. Other fees such as subscriptions or activation fees are your responsibility and can never be refunded. Books and charts will be sent in excellent condition and are sold "as is" and can never be returned. Restocking fee: All returns will result in a 2.5% restocking fee regardless of the reason for the return.
